Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of ISRAEL may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Additionally, when ordering from hollandandbarrett.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Overseas orders are delivered by Air Courier please allow 10 - 14 days for delivery.
How do I Return a Product?
We are proud of the quality of our goods and as such, if you find that your goods arrive with you in an unsatisfactory condition, return the unopened goods to the following address and we will process a full refund for the returned part.

We will not be responsible for the cost of postage and packaging to return items. We recommend using a Recorded Delivery Service for returns as we cannot be responsible for items which never make it back to our warehouse.

Please Note: Lost parcels must be reported within 30 days of dispatch, we will not be liable for any loss should you fail to do this.
If you find your goods to be damaged in transit, we are willing to offer a refund if the product is returned (within 30 days after the delivery date) to the following address. We will not be liable for any damage if you fail to do this.
